The Mental Hygienist is a place to find ways to improve overall wellbeing and prevent life decay. I did not coin the term mental hygiene, but I define it as the regular practice of particular habits that create emotional, mental and spiritual balance.  Every person’s mental hygiene practice must be self-defined through trial and error, but every person can find their own homeostasis.

I am a huge believer in the power of experience so will never tell you what you should do, I want this to be a place where you can discover practices you may want to try in your own life.
